Requirements: Dogs must be at least 18 months old and basic obedience class taken.
Description: Dog parkour, also called urban agility, is a fun, physical activity in which dogs learn to interact with their environment. Dogs work on ways to conquer obstacles such as climbing, balancing and jumping. This class will help build confidence, focus and body awareness. Classes will be held at our building and offsite at various locations.
Equipment: Must have a harness (Hurtta or Ruffwear or something similar). The harness must have 1" width straps minimum. It must be a Y type harness (support under the belly). Handle is optional.
Class length: 1 hour for 6 weeks
Class size: 8 dogs
Cost: $90 for members; $120 for non-members
